Terms of Service
Last updated August 2, 2026
These terms govern access to Sponsors Mode, including sponsor intelligence, Gmail import, outreach, campaign, invoicing, payment, and reporting features.
1. Your account and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts, inboxes, properties, and data that you are authorized to control. If you use Sponsors Mode for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind and administer that organization.
2. Gmail and connected services
You choose whether to connect Gmail or another provider and which candidate threads to approve. Read-only Gmail authorization supports preview and approved import; it does not authorize sending. Sending requires a separate permission and the product's recipient, content-version, suppression, and human-approval controls.
You are responsible for ensuring that your collection, import, outreach, and campaign activities comply with applicable law, contractual duties, platform terms, and the rights of senders and recipients.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Sponsors Mode to access another person's inbox without authorization, send spam or deceptive messages, evade consent or suppression requirements, misrepresent sponsorship prices or outcomes, distribute malware, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or interfere with the service.
4. Human approval and automated output
Sponsor classifications, extracted facts, scores, drafts, price estimates, and recommendations may be incomplete or wrong. You must review material decisions and external actions. Estimated values are not verified payments, and no recommendation is financial, legal, or accounting advice.
5. Your data and licenses
You retain your rights in data you submit or authorize us to process. You grant Sponsors Mode the limited rights necessary to host, secure, transform, and display that data solely to operate the service and the user-facing features you request. Public or cross-customer use of private transaction facts requires separate permission and applicable safeguards.
6. Fees and transactions
Any subscription, commission, collected-revenue fee, campaign price, or payment-processing term presented in an approved order or product surface applies to that transaction. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and third-party processing terms may also apply. A displayed estimate or draft is not a binding commercial commitment.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion subject to the retention rules. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, connected providers, or the service, or when these terms are materially violated.
8. Service availability
Sponsors Mode is provided on an as-available basis. We may improve or change features and integrations. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for losses caused by unsupported inferences, provider outages, user-approved actions, or third-party services.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsors Mode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will provide notice when a material change requires it. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
