- Golden Gate: Featured from $149, Category from $349, Presenting from $799 USD/month.

Measurement:
- A window closes at 14 days or 100 qualified clicks, with a 30-day hard maximum.
- Qualified clicks are server-recorded, deduplicated outbound events; synthetic daily charts are not accepted.
- Public floors are anchors. An exact signed offer requires verified contribution value or a documented low-bound benchmark.

Inventory and editorial boundary:
- Maximum one Presenting placement per site, one Category placement per category, and three Featured placements per relevant page.
- Payment never changes editorial eligibility, rank, or factual copy.
- Paid placements are labelled native modules with an advertiser-safe destination allowlist.

Activation and lifecycle:
- Stripe Billing is subscription-based when enabled; payment moves an offer to paid_pending_review.
- Manual creative, rights, destination, inventory, and operator review are required before activation.
- Reveal, report, claim, milestone, and seasonal templates are required in English and zh-CN with one number and one CTA.
- Outreach, Live charging, deployment, and activation each require a fresh scoped approval and their own receipts.

Private reports use opaque noindex tokens and are not in the public sitemap.
